Helpful Things I Carry In My Bag

Hey guys!

Today I'm going to be talking about the things that I carry in my handbag on a regular basis that I find really helpful when I'm out and about.

Chewing Gum: You might go out for the day and decide you really want that garlic bread, but can you walk around smelling like a vampire slayer all day? Have no fear, always make sure you've got some chewing gum to hand and you will never get caught out with bad breath. My favourite is from Wrigley's and it's their Extra gum and the flavours I love are; Peppermint, Ice Peppermint and Cool Breeze.

Paracetamol (Painkiller): When I go out sometimes I can get a headache which starts to spoil my day a bit so I always make sure that I'm carrying around Paracetamol just in case.

Hand Gel: You don't know what germs are about when you're out and about so I highly recommend grabbing a little antibacterial hand gel. This comes in handy if you want to grab something to eat or maybe a restroom didn't have any soap. The brand I like to use is Cussons Carex and they make a stawberry laces scented one.

Facial Spray: This might be a weird one for some of you but I've been having some anxiety issues recently and one of my problems is I can find myself becoming really hot so I have been loving carrying around a facial spray since it instantly helps me cool down and it's really refreshing and relaxing. I love the one from Evian but you could just add some water to spray bottle and you're good to go.

Phone charger/Power Bank: Essential if you've got an iPhone lets face it. I purchased mine from eBay and it is a unicorn emoji one. Simply charge the device before you go out and you'll never have a flat phone again!

Pen: Not really sure what to write about this but a pen is a life saver in your bag.

Mirror: So you can make sure your eyelashes are still on and that your lipstick isn't all over your teeth.

Notepad: You can write anything down that you might be thinking or what you might need to get at the grocery store later.

Plasters: I can't tell you how many times I've gone out and I've got a blister or somehow managed to cut myself with absolutely no idea how I did it. Can't go wrong with some plasters.

Tums: Great for those of you that might get indigestion or heartburn on the regular. These help to neutralise excess stomach acid.

Fidget cube: Another one for any of you out there that suffer with anxiety I really find a fidget cube massively helpful. It's basically a really small cube that has little things that your hands can fiddle with on each side such as a light switch, or a ball. I picked mine up on eBay and I love it because it really helps to take my mind off of things.

Water: Or any drink that you prefer. We all know that it is important to stay hydrated throughout the day!

What do you like to carry with you on a regular basis??
