Favourite Nude MAC Lipsticks | 2018

Hey loves!

Today I am going to be sharing with you my favourite nude lipsticks from MAC.

Fleshpot
A satin finish and described as a 'pale muted pinky-beige'. This isn't a lipstick that I tend to wear on it's own since it is very light and foundation lip looking on my skin tone but I love to use this shade to  add some dimension to other shades. I love applying it in the middle of my lips when I am wearing a darker shade and it just helps make my lips look more plump and full.

Creme Cup
This is a very gorgeous everyday nude for me, it's very creamy and helps moisturise the lips and I think the colour really compliments my skin tone. It is described as being a 'light blue pink'.

Please Me
This is a matte finish so the lasting time on the lips with this lipstick is great, it can be slightly drying but if I use a bit of lip balm prior to applying the lipstick then I'm good to go. It's described as being a 'muted-rosy-tinted-pink' and I think the colour is great if you are someone that wants to wear pinky shades on the regular but you don't want it to look too obvious and in your face. It looks very natural.

Blankety
Blankety is described as being a 'soft pink beige' and is an amplified formula which means that it has great colour payoff and has a glossy finish. It's very moisturising on the lips and it covers any dry patches you might have with ease.

Faux
I love this lipstick so much and honestly it's probably my most favourite lipstick of all time, it's very natural on the lips and isn't too obvious but it's also not so light that it looks like foundation lips. It's a satin formula which is my favourite formula from MAC because it's less drying than a matte finish but it still has great lasting power. It is described as a 'muted mauve-pink'.

Velvet Teddy
Velvet Teddy is a pretty famous lipstick and for good reason because it's just such a universal shade. If you love yourself some nude lipsticks then you need to try this if you haven't already. This shade is probably my next favourite to Faux and it is described as a 'deep-tone beige'. It is a matte finish again so you may have to prep a little before hand if you have dry/chapped lips but because it is quite drying it lasts a really long time on the lips.

Whirl
I have always loved the lip liner version of this shade and when I found out MAC had a lipstick in the same shade I knew I needed it and I wasn't disappointed. This is a more noticeable nude for me and it shows up a lot more on the lips with my pale skin. The shade is described as a 'dirty rose' and is a matte finish.

Spirit
Spirit reminds me of Velvet teddy but just a bit darker, it's a satin finish so it's very comfortable on the lips but will stay in place without you having to worry too much about it. It's described as 'muted pinky-beige brown'.

Stone
I picked up Stone because like with the lipstick Whirl I had this shade as a lip pencil and I really enjoyed it. I love using this shade when I want to do something a little different but I still want a nude lip. My favourite way to use this is to apply all over the lips then apply a lighter shade of lipstick such as Fleshpot and it creates a really pretty greige colour. I don't think this shade is for everyone but I think it look stunning. It is described as 'muted greyish taupe brown' and it is a matte finish.
