Top 5 Favourite Drugstore Highlighters | 2018

Hey loves!

Today I am sharing with you my favourite drugstore highlighters!

Sleek - Solstice Palette
I'm sure everyone has already heard about this highlighting palette but I had to mention it as it is one of my all time favourites. You get 4 highlighters; 3 powders and 1 cream. Considering the price point of this palette the shades are ultra pigmented and ideal for someone who likes a blinding highlight. They blend into the skin really nicely and don't exaggerate any problems areas or make your pores appear larger.

MUA - Undress Your Skin
The price of these are amazing considering how well they perform on the skin! There are a bunch of shades available so every skin tone should be able to find something that suits them and they also have some duo chrome shades so if you're in to the funky highlighter shades then definintely check these out. I do find when you first start using these the pans have a slight overspray so you don't get as much pigment but if you rub through that then your good to go!

Revolution Liquid Highlighters
I had always loved the Cover FX Custom Enhancer Drops but they are pretty pricey so when Revolution released these I was really excited. In my opinion these liquid highlighters perform in the exact way the Cover FX ones do. They leave a really nice natural looking glow and they don't move or mess with my foundation and other face products. They look great on their own or you can pair up with a powder highlighter if you love having a really intense glow. My favourite shade is 'Liquid Champagne'.

Maybelline - Master Strobing Stick
This is great for people who want a natural looking highlight and It's also great for people that have dry skin. I have really dry skin and I know if I'm having a particularly problematic skin day that sometimes my powder highlight can look really dry and obvious because it can pick up on some of my dry patches and texture so I love using this highlighter because it doesn't do that and it just melts in to the skin. The ways I love to apply this highlighter is either using a small stippling brush or a beauty sponge.

Revolution - Vivid Shimmer Bricks
You may look at this product and wonder how on earth I use it as a highlighter and I'm with you on that one but I do use the lighter shades at the top as they are more suited to my skin tone. I use the darker shades as a bronzer topper and they make my skin look glowy and sun kissed. These shimmer bricks are really pigmented but they give a really natural glow to the skin and they are so affordable.
