Today I'm going to be reviewing the new Makeup Revolution Liquid Highlighters. I love a good highlighter and I have to say when I saw the price and the fact that Superdrug had 3 for 2 I could not pass up on some of these!
Appearance
So to start with these liquid highlighters do look very similar to the Cover FX Custom Enhancer Drops. The packaging is very similar in the sense they both have a dropper applicator and the bottles are the same shape and almost the same size. The Makeup Revolution highlighters packaging is slightly taller. I will also say that the Makeup Revolution packaging is also slightly lighter and feels a bit cheaper.

I absolutely love these highlighters! They look beautiful on the skin and they are really comparable to the Cover FX Custom Enhancer Drops except these are so much more affordable at only £6 which is seriously an absolute steal. The one shade that I find differs from the others in terms of consistency is 'Unicorn Elixir'. I find this shade to be more sheer and not as natural - great if you love an out there highlighter though! For this reason I would only ever wear this shade on my body such as my shoulders and collar bone or even on my legs if I'm feeling really glam. The other shades that I brought I would either mix in with my foundation or apply after my foundation for a really pretty natural glow. I love to use products like this as almost a primer for my powder highlighter. Doing this makes your highlighter seriously intense. There are 7 shades in this collection I believe.
