High-End Makeup Dupes | 2018

Hey loves!

Today I am going to be sharing with you some high end makeup dupes, so if you love yourself some great products but don't want to fork out on expensive high end products then I've got you covered!

Cover FX Custom Enchancer Drops + Makeup Revolution Liquid Highlighter
The shade Starlight from Makeup Revolution is ridiculously close to the shade Celestial from Cover FX. I will usually wear a liquid highlighter as like a primer for my powder highlighter - because I'm all about having an intense glow. Another great way to use these is to mix them in with your foundation or simply apply all over your face before you apply a foundation. I find the both of these perform in exactly the same way and pretty much last the same amount of time on the skin. The packaging on both these products is very similar although I do think the packaging of the Cover FX highlighter is better made but I mean for a dupe this good who is looking at packaging?

Cover FX Celestial (15ml) - £34.00
Makeup Revolution Starlight (18ml) - £6.00

MAC 'Blue Brown' Pigment + Wet & Wild Palette 'Comfort Zone' Eyeshadow Palette
MAC's Blue Brown pigment is definitely one of my all time favourite eyelid shades, I love how it's like duo chrome and how it reflects different colours depending on the light. As much as I love it though MAC pigments are pretty expensive although I do think you get a decent amount of product and the colour pay off is insane.. Anyway if you are looking for a more affordable option then you need to try the Wet & Wild Comfort Zone palette. The shade on the bottom right is exactly like Blue Brown. I will say that because it is a shadow and not a pigment you may have to build the colour up but I find if you wet your brush it does really intensify the shade.

MAC Pigment Blue Brown - £16.50
Wet & Wild Comfort Zone - £4.30

MAC Lipstick 'Velvet Teddy' + Maybelline 'Velvet Beige'
So the infamous Velvet Teddy lipstick from MAC. The shade of this lipstick is stunning and I love how it looks on my lips, if you are looking for a more affordable option then I definitely recommend you trying out the lipstick from Maybelline in the shade Velvet Beige. In my opinion these two are really close in colour and wear time, the only real difference that I can notice is that Velvet Teddy is a matte finish and I would say that Velvet Beige is more of a Satin finish because it has a slight shine to it. I don't mind this because sometimes matte lipsticks can really make my lips look ultra dry.

MAC Lipstick Velvet Teddy - £17.50
Maybelline Lipstick 630 Velvet Beige - £6.99

MAC Lip Pencil 'Stone' + NYX Lip Pencil '1000 Years'
Stone is a really well know lip pencil from MAC because it's a pretty unique colour, like a grey/taupe kind of colour and it surprisingly looks pretty good on the lips if you love the greige look. NYX lip pencils are really great and I have a bunch in my collection because I love how affordable the are but they are also really long lasting and they don't drag on the lips or fade really quickly. If you love how Stone looks then you need to try 1000 Years because it's just as good in my opinion and also a fraction of the price!

MAC Lip Pencil Stone - £14.00
NYX Lip Pencil 1000 Years - £3.50
